KKM 725 BRIDGE MARBLE CUTTING MACHINE
Automatic Cutting: Sizes, which will be cut, entered in program by touch screen. After defining reference point of slaps, cutting process automatically starts. After the
first step, table rotates 90 degrees and other sizes entered in program to be cut.. During automatic cutting hydraulic breaks fixed the bridge from the both end due to
increase cutting sensitiveness. Linear bearings are used on slide ways of Bridge and Cabin movements. Encoder system reads the position of bridges sensitively.
Tilting and Rotating Table: Table can rotate 360 degree by it’s around and there is a hydraulic locking system for table at 30, 45, 60, 90,120, 135,150, 180,210,
225,240, 270, 300, 315,330, 360 degrees. Table rotates by reduction motor and tilt up with two hydraulic pistons. Encoder system reads the position of table in degree
which helps sensitive table rotation. Table tilting degree is max. 70 degrees.
Angular Cutting: 0 – 45 degree cutting. Adjustment is manual.

MKS 80 BLADES GANG SAW MACHINE
MANUEL WORKING
Manuel cutting allows you to cut a block(s) into the slabs by using the machine without using the
sensors such as slab broken sensor, wheel revolution sensor, height sensor, water pressure sensor but
except switches. Due to the fact that you are able to cut the blocks into the slabs with the desired
speed, you will have chosen from the potans on the electrical box.
Cutting Speed can be adjustable with a potans.
AUTOMATIC WORKING
As you select the Automatic mode working, the machine works fully automatic. First you enter the
block dimensions then you should select 3 sections on the blocks;
1st Section; the section where the cutting blades just enter into the block
2nd Section; the section where you can adjust the cutting speed with the potans
3rd Section; the section where the cutting blades go out from the block
Cutting Speed is less fast at the section 1st and 3rd not to damage the cutting blades. The distance the
cutting blade goes less fast is entered to touch screen numerically through the control panel by an
operator. During automatic cutting process all the sensors are on.
Slap Broken Sensor; It automatically stops the machines if any slap is broken during cutting process
Revolution Sensor; It automatically stops the machine if the flywheel revolution is less than the normal
Water Sensor; It automatically stops the machine If there is no water come
Height Sensor; It automatically stops the machine If block carrying trolley is not go up
If you stop the machine during automatic cutting process and you want to start cutting again, the
block carrying trolley automatically go down 2 cm before cutting process starts, not to damage the
cutting blades.
There is a brake to stop the machine immediately in amercing situation
Belt life is longer because between the pulley and the main motor is not connected to each other
directly
All the critical parts used on the machine are specially selected materials and operated carefully.
PLC system is used on the machine (Brand: OMRON)
Electrical panel and the machine is suitable with CE standards
Machine is delivered with all the necessary documentations such as Manuel, Electrical Drawings ....etc.
All the metal sheets are sand blustered and applied 2 times epoxy and acrylic paint So the machine
has a long life paint quality.
